New Batch of Sanitary Stainless Steel Mixing Vessels Ready for Overseas Delivery
As global manufacturers continue upgrading hygienic production lines for food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical formulations, sanitary stainless steel mixing tanks remain core processing equipment. Recently, our factory completed manufacturing and loaded a large batch of customized stainless steel mixing vessels, which are now shipped to our overseas client.
All tanks are constructed from premium 304 / 316L stainless steel with mirror polished inner surfaces, fully complying with international sanitary standards. The smooth polished interior avoids material residue, simplifies CIP cleaning, and effectively prevents bacterial growth — critical requirements for hygiene-sensitive production sectors.
We offer flexible custom configurations for these mixing tanks:
- Volumetric range: 50L up to 10,000L or larger on request
- Single-layer storage tanks, jacketed heating/cooling mixing reactors
- Top-mounted agitators, optional homogenizers, baffles, inlet/outlet ports, manholes, sensors
- Multiple mixing speed options for blending, emulsifying, dissolving and aging processes
The batch shown in the photos includes two main types of stainless steel vessels:
- Sanitary storage & buffer tanks: Simple vertical stainless steel tanks for raw material storage, temporary buffering and material transfer.
- Stainless steel mixing reactors: Equipped with driving mixing systems, used for stirring, blending and emulsification of liquid materials.
Each unit undergoes strict pressure testing, welding inspection and surface quality check before delivery. Professional packaging and flat truck transportation are arranged to protect the polished stainless surface from scratches during land transit, ensuring intact arrival at the destination port.
